Sedona Resorts' objective is to provide hospitality services to owners, developers, asset managers, and joint venture partners for a limited number of quality hospitality assets which have excellent potential for long-term appreciation and investor returns.
Executive Team
George S. Lidicker, President and CEO, has over 35 years of experience within the hospitality industry, developing and managing four and five star hotel and resort properties internationally. He has opened or repositioned over twenty-five hotels, resorts and cruise ships, having worked for industry leaders such as Rockresorts, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Lincoln Hotel Corporation. He was also President of Knott Hotel Corporation. George has been responsible for the development of well over $500 million in hospitality projects and has held such key corporate positions as President and Managing Partner, District Manager, Vice President of Development, Vice President of Operations and Food & Beverage Director before forming Sedona Resorts.
George's education includes schooling in the Far East and Switzerland. He attended Hotel School at Cornell University and Boston University and holds a B.A. from Boston University.
Charles E. Brownfield, III, Partner and CMO, has over 30 years of hospitality experience having held key positions with leading worldwide industry brands in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Development, Divisional Operations and Brand Management. During his 20 years with InterContinental Hotels Group, Sales & Marketing teams under his direction produced in excess of $2 Billion annually. He was responsible for the InterContinental Brand Management efforts globally and created the Global Partner Hotels & Resorts division of InterContinental, attracting nearly 100 top independent hotels & resorts worldwide as members. During this time, he led the InterContinental Development efforts for the Americas and crafted their resort expansion strategy. Prior experience includes 6 years with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Dallas, Washington DC and New Orleans.
Charles holds a B.S.B.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Arkansas.

ENCHANTMENT RESORT Sedona, Arizona A Mobil 4 Star, AAA 4 Diamond, 70 acre, destination resort and residential development where Sedona Resorts has been able to dramatically enhance results over previous years while significantly improving the quality of the guest experience and resort reputation. Enchantment Resort is rated #15 in the Continental U.S and Canada, according to Travel & Leisure's World's Best Awards. SECRET CANYON Sedona, Arizona Sedona Resorts prepared a feasibility study and formal plan for the development of a world-class golf community with recreational, residential and resort components. GARDINER'S RESORT ON CAMELBACK Scottsdale, Arizona Formerly John Gardiner's Tennis Ranch, Sedona Resorts prepared a major repositioning plan for the well known tennis-oriented resort community located on the northern slope of Camelback Mountain. MAJOR HOTELS AND CLUBS San Francisco/Los Angeles/Dallas Sedona Resorts conducted extensive investment evaluations, due diligence and feasibility studies for a major international client. Reports included complete analysis of construction and FF&E costs, market surveys, financial projections, and return on investment studies including both internal rate of return and cash flow analysis. Additionally, Sedona Resorts has completed assignments in Europe, the Pacific Basin, Central America and the Caribbean.
