Sedona Resorts was formed to search for a limited number of boutique-sized hotel and resort assets in order to provide the opportunity for investment and participation in the purchase and positioning of these assets. Therefore, Sedona Resorts' objectives are carefully focused upon locating quality small hotel and resort assets which will provide extraordinary potential returns if the property is creatively and aggressively managed for the long-term.

Enchantment Resort is rated #15 in the Continental U.S and Canada, according to Travel & Leisure's "World's Best Awards". GARDINER'S RESORT ON CAMELBACK Scottsdale, Arizona

MAJOR HOTELS AND CLUBS San Francisco/Los Angeles/Dallas
Sedona Resorts conducted extensive investment evaluations, due diligence and feasibility studies for a major international client. Reports included complete analysis of construction and FF&E costs, market surveys, financial projections, and return on investment studies including both internal rate of return and cash flow analysis.
